## Summary

Inverclyde Council is seeking to establish a Supported Living Services Framework Agreement, aimed at providing tailored support to service users with various needs, including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health issues. This tender process is currently in the award stage, with the contract signed on 6th February 2018. The initiative is part of the council's ongoing commitment to health and social care services in the Greenock area (UKM83). The procurement follows an open procedure and encompasses a total value of £27 million, with the framework expected to support continuity in services for up to three years.

This tender represents a significant opportunity for businesses in the health and social care sector, especially those equipped to provide supported living services. Companies with experience in offering flexible, responsive care, and those compliant with quality and safety standards, will find this contract well-suited to their capabilities. Particularly, organisations that have accreditation in quality management and environmental standards, as well as adequate insurance coverage, will stand to benefit from this framework and expand their reach within the public sector. The framework allows for up to ten participants, creating potential for collaboration and growth within the local community.
