Works as per pricing works sheet:-Cut down and remove all existing shrubs, trees and scrub including roots from the area shown red in attached pricing sheet, uplift and dispose of all arisings at your own tipCultivate area and remove all extraneous materials and stones greater than 20mm in any directionSupply and spread a 100mm deep layer (approximately 120 tons) of good quality 10mm graded top soil and grade out to match existing ground levelConsolidate area and prepare for grass seeding ensuring that there are no humps, bumps or rutsSupply and apply pre seeding fertiliser at manufacturers recommended ratesSupply and sow general amenity grass seed at manufacturers recommended ratesErect a temporary fence around works to prevent public access during establishment period (rate should allow for the removal of fence and infilling of post holes)Maintain seeded area until established including irrigation when required.
