The contract will commence on 01/12/ 2017 (or mutually agreed date) and will last for 5years with the option to extend for up to a further 5 years. 2 The contract will provide telephone connectivity for circa 90 telephone handsets over 6 sites and 10 external numbers. 3 All phones to have DDI and extension number and call recording will be automatically applied to all calls both internal and external, inbound and outbound. 4 The contract will provide a Remotely Hosted Solution. On-site hardware solutions will not be considered. 5 The contract will provide locally based engineering support able to be on-site to resolve hardware and connectivity issues within 4 hours. 6. Billing to be online/electronic and be payable by BACS, not Direct Debit Options: We may at our discretion choose to purchase additional hardware or software products as part of the enhancement of the services provided.
