### Lot Information

Lot 1

As part of the ihub offer, a Framework Agreement for ihub Associates is being commissioned. The purpose of the ihub Associate framework is to support local and national priorities by providing a flexible way of procuring independent contractors to provide improvement support. The Framework Agreement is being set up by the Authority and, once it is operational, the contracting and financing of the Improvement Associates subsequent contracts will follow the Authority's procedures. The Associates will directly contribute to the on-going work of partners in Health and Social Care Partnerships and NHS boards; helping partners achieve the nine national health and wellbeing outcomes through the delivery of integration and quality improvement support across health and social care.

Renewal: option of two twelve month extensions
