Lot 1

Zero Waste Scotland requires an agency (the contractor) to provide on-going digital marketing support for both our Resource Efficient Scotland and Circular Economy programmes. They will be required to establish and deliver a digital marketing plan for the year that: 1) Manages individual campaigns and ongoing digital and business-to-business (B2B) marketing activities that support these programmes 2) Maximises the impact of each individual project 3) Avoids mixed messages, as well as conflicts and / or cannibalisation of messaging There are five digital marketing projects that will be taken forward initially - three for the Resource Efficient Scotland programme and two for the Circular Economy programme: 1) SME Loan Fund 2) Direct support for businesses working in specific industries, including 2a) Construction 2b) Food & Drink 3) Waste Prevention Implementation Fund 4) Circular Economy Business Support Service 5) Circular Economy Investment Fund The target audience for these campaigns and activities will be adapted and refined for each project as relevant, however they will generally involve engagement with SME businesses in Scotland - including micro-SMEs - across a wide variety of sectors that our support extends to.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015
