Clyde Gateway URC wishes to appoint an Architect as Lead Consultant to develop the design of the Bothy and Tur @ Cuiningar Loop and to provide the following additional services:- a) Cost Consultant Services b) Principal Designer under CDM Regulations. Engineering and Landscape Architect Services will be provided via a separate appointment, however the Architect shall be responsible for co-ordinating their design input. The project design team shall comprise the following disciplines: -Architect (Lead Consultant) -Civil/Structural Engineer -Mechanical/Electrical Engineer -Landscape Architect -Quantity Surveyor -Principal Designer The estimated construction cost of the project (excluding VAT & Fees) is GBP1.0m
