### Lot Information

Lot 1

The Framework is to be let for a period of three years with the option, at the discretion of the Employer, to extend the agreement on an annual basis thereafter, up to a maximum of two further years in total. A Performance Specification for timber windows and door installations to be carried out under the Framework Agreement is included within the Invitation to Tender Document. Please note it is Rural Stirling Housing Association Ltd.'s intention that the use of subcontractors is minimised in the provision of these Works. Subcontractors shall not be used for the core window and door installation works, however it is accepted that subcontractors may be used for any required access or specialist work, etc. Rural Stirling Housing Association Ltd. will compare and monitor the performance of the appointed contractor using Client specified Key Performance Indicators. Contract performance will be reviewed at key stages and under performance by the Contractor will result in Rural Stirling Housing Association Ltd. reverting to the use of their second or third placed contractor or if none appointed the Framework will be terminated. NOTE: - Rural Stirling Housing Association does not guarantee the extent of any works that may be called-off under this Framework Agreement

Renewal: The Association reserves the right to extend the Framework on an annual basis up to a maximum of two additional years in total
