West Lothian Council require the services of a provider to offer support to those age 55 years of age and older in contributing to the prevention or further deterioration of mental health problems. This will include but not be limited to assist in building self- confidence and the development of personal coping and wellness recovery strategies. It is anticipated that the model will make a significant contribution in supporting individuals to remain at home with an improved quality of life and actively engaged within their local community where there is a desire to do so thus helping achieve improved health and wellbeing outcomes for those using the service which is delivered in a way which makes it accessible throughout West Lothian.
