### Lot Information

Lot 1

The works will consist of the gutter cleaning to the majority of high level (3 or 4 Storey High) access properties on behalf of Linthouse Housing Association as part of their Cyclical Maintenance 2017 to 2022, generally within Linthouse, Drumoyne and Langands but may include a wider geographical area in future. The programme will be provide annually to ensure that all properties and gutter cleaned within the 5 year cycle. The contract will be 36 months contract with option of 2 x single year extensions.

Renewal: The contract will be a 36 months contract with option of 2 x single year extensions.
