Works shall include washing staiwell windows internally / externally and presenting / returning wheelie bins on days of rubbish collection. It should be further noted that a POSSIBLE 32nr closes belonging to Trafalgar Housing Association located in the Dalmuir area MAY BE amalgamated into Years 2 & 3 of the contract. It should also be noted that it shall be a Project Requirement that cleaning externally of the close windows shall be carried out using a telescopic washing system.
