The works will include houses which are to be re-rendered only or re-roofed only as well as houses which are to be both re-roofed and re-rendered simultaneously. -The housing stock is mainly Council owned but will involve work on an amount of owner occupied properties (up to 60%). -The contract will be carried out within the boundaries of North Lanarkshire.
