Lot 1

This is a single stage process, to invite tenders for a concession contract to design and subsequently manage a web based system to transition from the current telephone system. The winning bidder may be a single entity or part of a consortium with each part taking responsibility for (a) The design of the web site and (b) the on-going management of the operational aspects of the web site. This is a concessions contract being awarded under the Concessions Directive. We are using PCS as a post box.

Renewal: The contract will be renewed after five years by carrying out another competition
