SQA wishes to appoint a supplier to duplicate CDs for the National Qualifications in Languages and Music and DVDs for Physical Education. This work is Highly confidential and it is necessary for all stages of work, including any material held electronically and all bulk duplicated copies, to be kept secure and confidential at all times. Potential suppliers should indicate specifically the arrangements held in place to ensure the confidentiality of the material during all stages of production and delivery of the CD's and DVD's. SQA reserve the right to request that security measures in addition to those already in place are introduced as a condition of the contract.

Assessment Development and Delivery: Assessment Materials - NQ Assessment is responsible for the secure production and distribution of all examination question papers and associated assessment materials. We wish to appoint a supplier to duplicate: - audio CDs for language and music examinations - data CDs for digital PDF versions of question papers. Requirements may alter during the contract term due to changes in the SQA examination diet process. SQA will work with the successful supplier to ensure requirements are updated and agreed on a regular basis.

Renewal: SQA reserves the right to extend the contract for a further period of 1 year subject to satisfactory supplier performance and business requirements.
