### Lot Information

Lot 1 - St Gerard's Primary School, Bellshill

The works comprise the removal of the existing bitumen based felt flat roof finishes together with all skirtings, upstands, edge kerbs etc, all flashings with all gutter fillets etc followed by their replacement with new tapered insulation system as indicated with a new liquid plastic roof covering with all associated new skirtings, upstands, coverings to eaves, kerbs etc and all flashings, new fascia board to perimeters with new aluminium gutters connected to new external aluminium downpipes apart from courtyard area. Existing rooflights, ventilator outlets are to be uplifted and refitted after roofing and upstands completed with Type B, C and D rooflights being renewed as indicated. The new external downpipes are to be connected into the existing perimeter drainage around the building. The existing PV panels and support frames are to be removed and stored while the re-roofing works are being carried out and are to be refitted and re-commissioned when re-roofing completed. These works are to be carried out by a specialist Contractor(s). The liquid plastic roof covering and the insulation membranes required for the systems will be Contractor designed.

Lot 2 - St Andrew's Primary School, Airdrie

The works comprise the removal of the existing bitumen based felt flat roof finishes together with all skirtings, upstands, coverings to eaves, kerbs etc., all flashings with all gutters, fascia and soffit boards to all roof areas followed by their replacement with new flat and tapered insulation systems as indicated with a new liquid plastic roof covering with all associated new skirtings, upstands, coverings to eaves, kerbs etc and all flashings. New fascia and soffit boards and new aluminium gutters connected to existing downpipes. The liquid plastic roof covering and the insulation membranes required for the systems will be Contractor designed

Lot 3 - Golfhill Primary School, Airdrie

The works comprise the removal of the existing bitumen based felt flat roof finishes together with all skirtings, upstands, coverings to eaves, kerbs etc, all flashings with all gutter, fascia and soffit boards to all roof areas following by their replacement with new lat and tapered insulation system as indicated with a new liquid plastic roof covering with all associated new skirtings, upstands, coverings to eaves, kerbs etc., and all flashings, new fascia and soffit boards and new aluminium gutters connected to existing downpipes. The liquid plastic roof covering and the insulation membranes required for the systems will be Contractor designed.
