The contract will be let on a semi comprehensive basis covering monitoring and recording temperatures of hot and cold water systems, carrying out risk assessments as described in the approved code of practice L8 the control of Legionella bacteria in water systems in accordance with BS 8580. - Cleaning cold and hot water storage tanks where necessary, - Servicing TMVs when necessary , - Asset identification, - Provision of a web based recording and monitoring system, - Making alterations to hot water storage vessels to ensure compliance, -
