## Notice

### Lot Information

Lot 1

The work consists of cleaning the premises to a set standard (as specified by the Authority) and reporting damage or defects to the building or fixtures and fittings. Keyholder responsibilities may be included. The Contract is expected to commence by 1st November 2017, or earlier by mutual agreement, and will be for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for a further 12 months. It is estimated that the value will be in the range of GBP1,000.00 to GBP1,300.00 per property per annum. All materials and equipment is provided. Prospective candidates may apply for both or just one property.

Renewal: Subject to satisfactory performance, the contract may be extended for a further period of up to 12 months.
