The key required outcome is improved family functioning and resilience in children and young people in West Lothian.. This project is part of NHS Lothian's Health Improvement Fund. The Health Improvement Fund exists to fund and support health improvement activities across Lothian. The Fund can be used for a wide range of activities seeking to promote health and prevent ill-health, but should not be used for clinical services (regardless of where those clinical services are delivered). Renewal: 1 extension of 1 year.
