The majority of the work will involve boiler, bathroom, and heating replacements in individual occupied dwellings. However work to services etc. in common areas is also anticipated. The first work, which is expected to start in 2018/19, will include work to approximately 60 dwellings in Bellshill and Motherwell. The procurement requires provision of quantity surveyor and contract administrator services, inspection services to meet contract requirements, and Principal Designer services.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
