Glasgow City Council will be tendering for provider partners to form an Alliance. Provider partners will be expected to come together themselves in a pre-formed group to make a joint bid, which will evidence their ability to work collaboratively to deliver the outcomes of the Alliance. The successful pre-formed group will then form an Alliance with the Council.
