Renfrewshire Council seeks a suitably qualified organisation to provide an intensive Pre-employability Training Academy to clients of its Invest in Renfrewshire Employability Programmes. The target group for this service are unemployed young people aged 16 to 19 years and living in the Renfrewshire Council area. All participants will be registered with Invest in Renfrewshire and be eligible for either the YEI or Pipeline ESF Programmes.. Tenderers may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
