## Notice

The existing roof tile type fitted to the properties is as detailed below: - Logan - existing tiles are Marley Wessex. New Cumnock - existing tiles are Russell Argyle. The Contractor shall be responsible for sourcing slope mounted vent tiles which are suitable in use with the above existing tile types. The selected vent tile must be suitable for use in such applications and must be capable of providing a watertight installation in all situations.
