## Notice

It is anticipated that following successful testing of the RPA software, that the scope of the deployment of the software will be widened beyond Revenues and Benefits processes. The successful service provider will be required to work with the Councils chosen implementation consultant. The council is seeking to procure 2 Blue Prism software licenses with an appropriate hosting solution in order to implement the RPA solution.

The Council is seeking to implement an enterprise platform RPA solution using Blue Prism Licences and Associated Services, which will be initially tested on appropriate processes within the Revenues and Benefits environment. It is anticipated that following successful testing of the RPA software, that the scope of the deployment of the software will be widened beyond Revenues and Benefits processes. The successful service provider will be required to work with the Councils chosen implementation consultant. The council is seeking to procure 2 Blue Prism software licenses with an appropriate hosting solution in order to implement the RPA solution. The number of licences may increase depending on the Councils requirements.. Economic Operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
