NHS Lothian is seeking proposals from bidders who can deliver welfare services in selected GP practices in order to maximise income for individuals and families with low financial resources in West Lothian.. This project is part of NHS Lothian's Health Improvement Fund. The Health Improvement Fund exists to fund and support health improvement activities across Lothian. The Fund can be used for a wide range of activities seeking to promote health and prevent ill-health, but should not be used for clinical services (regardless of where those clinical services are delivered).

Renewal: 1 extension of 1 year. Execution of the 1 year extension will be at the sole discretion of NHS Lothian.
