The future procurement competition is for the Provision of a transformational, elearning hosted & classroom based training course design to support delivery of Scottish Housing Options in the form of a training toolkit. see http://www.gov.scot/Publications/2016/03/6556/downloads . A unified transformational, bespoke design is essential, based on a number of original assembled materials from sources across Scotland. The Provider must utilise a number of highly effective learning techniques e.g. Video, roleplay, gamification, Q&A quiz, discussion board, blog etc to enthuse & energise . The cloud based LMS (Learning Management system) will be flexibly used across Scotland to support training delivery of the 6 modular programmes that make up the toolkit.
