Renfrewshire Council seeks a suitably qualified organisation to provide an intensive Work Focus training Academy to clients of its Invest in Renfrewshire Employability Programmes. The target group for this service are unemployed residents of the Renfrewshire Council area with complex health barriers to employment including mental health, muscular skeletal conditions, chronic fatigue and addictions Participants can be aged 16 - 64 years and have been unemployed for many years.. Tenderers may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
