The target group for this service are unemployed residents from the Renfrewshire Council area registered on the Working Matters Programme and with complex health barriers to employment including mental health, physical illness, cardio-vascular and muscular-skeletal conditions, chronic fatigue and addictions. Participants are all long term unemployed in receipt of health related benefits and will range in age from 16 to 64 years..
