The Contract is intended to commence not later than Monday 27th November 2017 and will operate for a maximum of three years (with the option for an extension of one+one further years), subject to satisfactory performance of the successful Bidder which will be measured through the Key Performance Indicators. The Contract will primarily be delivered across Glasgow, Ayrshire and Lanarkshire. The anticipated Contract Value is approximately 120,000 GBP per annum (excluding VAT) based on 686 EICR's, PAT at various offices / sheltered properties and a nominal sum for potential remedial works which is not guaranteed.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
