Swimming Pool Chemicals & Associated Products

This lot is intended to set up an arrangement whereby the contracting authorities entitled to purchase under the proposed framework agreement can procure the swimming pool chemicals, water treatment tablets, water testing equipment and associated products including but not limited to Sodium Hypochlorite, Poly Aluminium Chloride, DPD Tablets and poolside cleaner.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Please see the Invitation to Tender contained on the PCS-Tender project relevant to this procurement and the other Procurement Documents for further information.

Renewal: For an initial period of 24 months with the option to extend for up to two 12 month periods.

Supply & Delivery of CO2 Gas

This lot is intended to set up an arrangement whereby the contracting authorities entitled to purchase under the proposed framework agreement can procure the supply and delivery of CO2 gas in bottled gas canisters and in bulk for water treatment in swimming pools.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
