Due to time constraints, we are carrying out a single stage procurement exercise. Tenders will be assessed using a 60 Price / 40 Quality criteria. References will be required prior to appointment.. Ochil View Housing Association cannot pay for materials or supplies in advance. Valuations can be submitted weekly / fortnightly or monthly. 14 Day payment terms.
