During 2017-18 we are looking to build our development programmes.

Professional Services on Talent Management Best Practice and Implementation

RoS require a supplier to provide Professional Services to support RoS develop and implement talent management best practice. The supplier will demonstrate ability to work with competency frameworks and other suppliers to ensure quality and consistency in the implementation of talent management best practice.

Reward, Recognition and Performance Professional Services

RoS require a supplier to provide Professional Services to support the review, development and implementation of a new pay and grading structure, a review of our job evaluation system, and new approaches to reward, recognition and performance management. Reinforcing effective behaviours that align with our new competency framework and RoS code, to achieve organisational values and goals.

Professional Services on Organisational Development Services

RoS require a supplier to provide Professional Services to support RoS develop and implement best practice in organisational design and change at individual, team and organisational level. This will include the training and development of OD specialists within RoS. The supplier will demonstrate the ability to work with other suppliers to ensure quality and consistency in the achievement of systemic change.

Supporting Colleagues/Moving and Leaving RoS

RoS require a supplier to support individuals effected by business restructure and change which may result in leaving the business. The supplier(s) will be required to cover the following areas. 1. Full job seeking support package to include as a minimum: CV Interview skills Understanding social media Understanding networking Skills gap assessment Resilience and self care 2. Bespoke support for groups and individuals to prepare them for alternative commercial and non-government working environments. Support may include, for example: Identifying and developing transferrable skills and behaviours Pre-employment familiarisation (including working in a different sector)

The Provision of Coaching Services

RoS require suppliers to provide quality coaching services to support RoS through business transformation. The coaching services we require include: Coaching for leaders and managers who are in development and experiencing both formal and informal learning opportunities*. Coaching services to leader and managers who are in transition or are experiencing change in role or responsibilities. Executive coaching for business leaders Team and group coaching Agile coaching Training and development of coaches Coaching supervision

Design of Competency Based Leadership and Management Learning and Development

RoS require a supplier to provide the design of a competency based leadership and management development to equip future leaders for our digital business, aligned to the to attached competency framework. The supplier must design to deliver blended learning opportunities, including digital and online learning content. The supplier will demonstrate design best practice in adult learning

Design of Competency Based Development

Design and Delivery of Competency Based Specialist Skills Learning and Development

RoS require a supplier to provide the design and delivery of a competency based colleague development to equip future colleagues for specialist roles in our digital business. The supplier will demonstrate expert market knowledge on contemporary approaches to design and development to meet RoS needs to develop key roles including, but not exclusive to:
