### Lot Information

Lot 1

The Contractor shall be responsible for all works detailed in Schedule 2 - Section 3 - Works Information and shown on the Tender Drawings, and in particular, but not limited to, the following principal items: - Internal and External alterations to the ferry terminal building to comprise, removal of existing roof and wall coverings to take back to the structural timber frame - Internal reconfiguring works to allow for new toilets, alterations to the roof structure and provision of new roof covering, replacement of wall finishes. - Works to include the provision of a new drainage system and heating system. - Establishment of Contractor's working area(s) within restricted available areas; - Provision of barrier(s) to isolate the Works from staff and customers; - Protection and maintenance of facilities for existing Lochranza ferry operations; - Compliance with all relevant environmental, health and safety legislation and requirements, including all additional requirements of the Employer; - Demobilisation of Contractor's working areas.
