As client, The Association, requires a contractor to complete backcourt improvements within a single location in Easterhouse, Glasgow. An Architect and Quantity Surveyor are already commissioned by the client to complete the design and control the costs of the project. The project will involve improvements through both new construction and renovation of existing elements within the space. Our overarching aim is to provide greater amenity to tenants and residents. The project will be delivered in the backcourt serving the following addresses: No Street CR2 - 60 flats, 1 Main Door and 12 closes 2 Corsehill Path (main door property) 15 Corsehill Street 17 Corsehill Street 19 Corsehill Street 21 Corsehill Street 2 Corsehill Place 4 Corsehill Place 6 Corsehill Place 8 Corsehill Place 128 Easterhouse Road 130 Easterhouse Road 132 Easterhouse Road 134 Easterhouse Road The works will include: - New play facilities - Enhanced refuse and recycling facilities - Landscaping - New and refurbished foot paths
