Award of PPE Ref 2993 - The University requires a specialist Consultancy to design and launch a new online application form and admissions functionality in FLUID linked to our MyCampus platform. This project is due to be delivered by 31/10/2017 to be in line with the University admissions system. Services to be provided -Design of the new functionality -Development of the new functionality -Configuration of additional setup. -Creation of scripts to enable the university to export setup to other environments. -Support before and after test by the university -Bugfixing before move to production A Purchasing Policy Exemption (PPE) form has been completed for this procurement. Justification for the PPE is as follows: - CY2 have worked with the University during and since the implementation of Campus Solutions (MyCampus) therefore they have extensive knowledge of the University IT Infrastructure allowing them to get to work on the project immediately. - Deadline commitment (31/10/17) Please note that the University will be issuing a tender by the end of the year (2017) or in Q1 (2018) inviting submissions from specialist IT Consultancy agencies to provide ongoing consultancy support services for MyCampus.
