Scottish Enterprise seeks to procure the appointment of a lead consultant and their multi-disciplinary design and planning team to review and refresh all previous design information from previous appointment, and take responsibility for design for the Energetica Industry Park, Peterhead, which comprises concept and technical design and to include site infrastructure and site preparation works 'Tender Package'. This will involve the consultant developing a strategy for the site including identifying an optimal Phase 1 of the site supported by a cost-benefit analysis.
