## Summary

The Charing Cross Housing Association is currently managing a procurement process titled "Charing Cross HA Maintenance Frameworks 2018-22" within the housing and community amenities sector. Based in Glasgow, the authority invites suitably qualified contractors to submit applications for its Reactive/Cyclical Maintenance Framework for individual trades, covering the period from 1st April 2018 to 31st March 2019. There are options to extend the contract annually until 31st March 2022, with a deadline set for submission of applications by 20th November 2017, at 12 noon. The procurement method employed is selective, following a restricted procedure.

This tender presents significant opportunities for contractors that specialise in trades such as electrical, plumbing, roofing, joinery, and maintenance services. Businesses with experience in local housing association contracts or similar public works are well-suited to compete. Successful candidates must demonstrate a solid track record, relevant certifications, and the capacity to maintain service quality. Additionally, due to the criteria outlined, firms that can respond flexibly and have strong local connections will likely be at an advantage in pursuing this framework contract.
