## Notice

Serco Caledonian Sleepers require a supplier of on-board toiletries and amenity kits, for complementary issue to Guests travelling on our overnight service linking London with various destinations in Scotland, including Edinburgh, Glasgow, Fort William, Aberdeen & Inverness. Guests in Seated & Standard accommodation are offered an amenity kit including an eye shade and ear plugs, whilst guests in first and club class are presented with a kit containing toiletries etc As outlined in the tender documents, Bidders will be invited to offer proposals which will improve on the present offering

### Lot Information

Club Class Toiletry Kit

Designed to be presented to our Club Class Guests in their on - board Suites, the items offered should be luxurious with a truly elegant appearance. Bidders are invited to submit separate kits suitable for male or female, or a unisex offering. It is at the Bidder's discretion to determine the first class pouch contents items ("CC Contents") they would offer within the Price Brackets, examples of possible Contents includes: Shampoo, Conditioner, Mouthwash, After Shave, Ladies Eu De Toilette, Moisturizer, Tissues, Lip Balm etc. Contents offered in an Option should not include ear plugs or an eye mask.

Renewal: Option of 2 x 12 month extension periods, at the sole discretion of the Buyer

Various Loose Toiletries & Amenity Items

- Loose bar soap (estimated Quantity per Annum - 99,840). For Guest use in berths, suggested size 25g - 50g, individually wrapped or boxed. Products to be offered co-branded in line with the SCSL branding guidelines on all Contents where appropriate - Loose Handwash / Liquid soap (estimated Quantity per Annum - 99,840). For Guest use in berths, suggested size 30ml - 50ml. Products to be offered co-branded in line with the SCSL branding guidelines on all Contents where appropriate - Loose Shampoo / 2 in 1 Shampoo & Conditioner / Hair & Body Wash (estimated Quantity per Annum - 99,840). For Guest use in berths, suggested size 30ml - 50ml. Products to be offered co-branded in line with the SCSL branding guidelines on all Contents where appropriate - Pillow Spray / Soothing Body Oil / Temple Soother Cream (estimated Quantity per Annum - 30,000). Products to be positioned as 'sleep / relaxation' enhancing and offered co-branded in line with the SCSL branding guidelines on all Contents where appropriate - Luxury Shampoo (estimated Quantity per Annum - 26,208). For Club Class Guest use in suites, suggested size 75ml - 150ml, in tube, bottle or tottle. Products to be offered co-branded in line with the SCSL branding guidelines on all Contents where appropriate - Luxury Conditioner (estimated Quantity per Annum - 26,208). For Club Class Guest use in suites, suggested size 75ml - 150ml, in tube, bottle or tottle. Products to be offered co-branded in line with the SCSL branding guidelines on all Contents where appropriate - Luxury Body Wash / Shower Gel / Shower Creme (estimated Quantity per Annum - 26,208). For Club Class Guest use in suites, suggested size 75ml - 150ml, in tube, bottle or tottle. Products to be offered co-branded in line with the SCSL branding guidelines on all Contents where appropriate - Dental Kit (estimated Quantity per Annum - 10,000). To include toothbrush & toothpaste. For single / emergency use. Products to be offered in co-branded packaging in line with the SCSL branding guidelines on all Contents where appropriate - Shaving Kit (estimated Quantity per Annum - 3,000). To include razor & shave foam / gel / soap. For single / emergency use. - Shoe Shine Kit (estimated Quantity per Annum - 2,000) - Shower Cap (estimated Quantity per Annum - 5,000). For single / emergency use. Products to be offered in co-branded packaging in line with the SCSL branding guidelines on all Contents where appropriate

Options: Bidders are invited to submit offers for other products which they feel are in keeping with this tender and may add distinct value to the Guest Experience on board the Serco Caledonian Sleeper

Renewal: Option of 2 x 12 month extension periods, at the sole discretion of the Buyer

Supply of Amenity Sleeper Kits

The supplier shall offer as a minimum: - eye shade (in teal as per SCSL Branding Guidelines) - ear plugs Items in each kit to be packed together in suitable packaging with Caledonian Sleepers branding on either the eye shade or the packaging. This can include a sealed poly bag.

Renewal: Option of 2 x 12 month extension periods, at the sole discretion of the Buyer

First Class Toiletry Kit

The Supplier shall include, as a minimum the following items within each price bracket Option: - Pouch - Shampoo / 2 in 1 Shampoo & Conditioner - Hair and Body Wash (either separate or in a combined form) - Hand and Body Lotion (either separate or in a combined form) It is at the Bidder's discretion to determine the additional pouch contents items ("Contents") they would offer within an Option, however all items proposed should be suitable and of a standard appropriate for the purpose of Lot 2. Examples of possible Contents could include lip balm, mouthwash, moisturiser, pen, tissues / wet wipes etc Contents offered in an Option is not to include ear plugs or an eye mask.
