The Supplier shall also be responsible for: Conducting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) for one year of supplied Equipment and any resulting repairs due to faults discovered during a PPM visit; Reactive maintenance for the Contract Term of one year; Initial familiarisation training, commissioning and set up; and Replacement and/or new Goods as instructed by the Purchaser. Options: The Purchaser has an initial requirement to purchase a MEWP for HMP Greenock. An additional purchase of a similar machine may be required for HMP Glenochil within the next financial year (2017-2018), however confirmation of this cannot be provided at this time. The requirements detailed within this Part 1 of Schedule B shall apply to all Goods purchases under this Contract. It is anticipated that the additional machine shall have broadly the same requirements as those detailed in Part 2 of Schedule B. Where there are any variances to the requirements, the Purchaser shall issue an amended specification to the Supplier and the Supplier will then be invited to provide a proposal for consideration by the Purchaser.
