## Notice

Clackmannanshire Council requires to hire a vehicle to assist with winter service / carriageway gritting operations for a 24 week period commencing 1 November 2017. The requirement is for a bulk gritter 6 cubic metres (preferably with belt driven spreading capacity). Preference will be given to a 4 wheel drive offer.The Contract will be for a period of 24 weeks from date of award. When required it is essential that the hired vehicle is available and in good working order, therefore breakdown cover forms an essential part of the Contract. In the event that the vehicle is unavailable due to mechanical failure, the Supplier shall agree to provide a replacement vehicle within 24hrs.
