East Dunbartonshire Council (referred to hereafter as 'the Council') intends to appoint a minimum of 3 experienced and suitably qualified Painting & Decorating Contractors to undertake various decoration works as required to both the Councils domestic housing stock and non-domestic estate. The works will be undertaken throughout East Dunbartonshire which includes areas such as Kirkintilloch, Bishopbriggs, Milngavie and Bearsden.

Renewal: The contract will have the option to extend, subject to satisfactory performance review and continual requirement, for 2 further 12 month periods.
