West Lothian Council requires a service provider to undertake management of the West Lothian Citizens Panel. ### Lot Information Lot 1 Management of West Lothian Panel will include but need not be limited to undertaking activities relating to the ongoing maintenance of the Citizens Panel - this relates to the regular day to day management of the panel and regular activities that are required in order to ensure panel information is kept up to date; Refreshment and recruitment of panel members - this will include both planned and ad hoc recruitment to ensure response rates are maximised and individuals have an opportunity to be involved; Carrying out the Quality of Life Survey - an in-depth satisfaction survey that is currently carried out every 3 years; and other consultation and research work as required by the Community Planning Partnership..
