## Summary

The Scottish Government is currently undertaking a tender process to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Digital Services, specifically targeting the provision of Digital Projects, Digital Resources, and Cyber Security Services. This procurement falls under the services category, with a total estimated value of £20 million. The tender period concludes on 28th October 2019, and submissions must be made electronically via the public contracts portal. The process is classified under a restricted procedure, aiming to facilitate agile access to a diverse range of digital technology suppliers to meet growing demands in Scotland's digital transformation initiatives. The Government is based in Livingston, Scotland and actively engages in strategies addressing the digital skills gap and enhancing cyber resilience.

This opportunity within the DPS could significantly benefit businesses that specialise in digital services, particularly those with expertise in software development, project management, IT consultancy, and cyber security. Companies that have a minimum of 12 months’ experience in delivering relevant services and can showcase their capabilities through case studies from recent projects are well-positioned to compete. The tender invites diverse entrants including digital technology specialists, agile practitioners, and data analysts, positioning them to play vital roles in the evolving public sector landscape across Scotland's various governmental and public bodies.
