### Lot Information

Lot 1

The College is seeking to appoint a Building Clerk of Works for the new Falkirk Campus Project. The appointment will commence from November 2017 until September 2019. Full details of the requirement are contained within the ITT documents and appendices which can be accessed via this notice. Please note that this tender does not include for an M&E Clerk of Works, this will be procured separately at a later date.

Options: The College may instruct additional related services from time to time, outwith the scope of services contained in Schedule 5. Tenderers must complete Table 2 with rates for such additional services
