### Lot Information

Lot 1

West Lothian Health and Social Care Partnership require a service provider to provide professional independent advocacy service which focuses on support to enable older people to have their wishes heard, make their own choices and take control of their own lives. The overarching aim of the service is to provide a high standard of independent advocacy as defined in the service specification, which respects the autonomy, independence, freedoms and dignity of people ensuring that their views and opinions are accurately communicated and understood.. In addition, funding will be made available for the provision of advocacy services for older people living in the community, adults with a physical disability, including acquired brain injury. Renewal: The Authority can extend for a period of up to a further 24 months i.e. two periods of 12 months
