## Notice

East Renfrewshire Council is looking to establish a 4 year Framework Agreement with 3 suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Replacement Boilers / Gas Central Heating Systems at various addresses within the East Renfrewshire geographical area. The initial procurement exercise will seek to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor, under the Framework Agreement, for replacement boilers / gas central heating systems for the period of 15th January 2018 to 31st March 2019 (Year 1). A full list of addresses for this period will be available with the ITT. Further addresses will be made available at the time of the mini competition for future years. However it should be noted that addresses will change as a result of no accesses, tenant refusals, incorrect stock data and prioritisation across the 4 years within the programme, etc. Addresses provided should therefore be seen as indicative.

### Lot Information

Lot 1

The work comprise of Gas Central Heating/ Boiler Replacement, planned heating replacement in 3 phases and ad hoc heating over the entire period of the contract. The Works comprise stripping out of existing, design and installation of replacement of boiler and gas central heating systems to properties within East Renfrewshire. The ad hoc works are to be carried out on a reactive basis to replace boilers that have failed and the contractor will be expected to replace boilers and heating systems within a period of 72 hours. Each property must have the replacement heating system fully operational within a 72 hour period from receipt of the instruction for that dwelling or as otherwise agreed, properties will be released as of when required.. The current works budget for the framework is estimated to be in the region of 3,486,000.00GBP for the 4 year period. However East Renfrewshire Council reserves the right to spend up to 4,000,000.00GBP in total against this framework across all years. The overall 4 year value will not exceed 4,000,000.00GBP.
