### Lot Information

Lot 1

Zero Waste Scotland wishes to appoint a contractor to provide technical support to the project team working on the design and development of a Deposit Return System (DRS) for Scotland. The contractor will be expected to provide expert technical advice and support to the project, contributing towards delivery of a range of tasks and activities as directed by the Project Lead, which may include any combination of the following as a minimum: *) Identification of key stakeholders and communities of interest; *) Facilitation of meetings with those contacts identified above as necessary; *) Sourcing of high quality data and information from various sources; *) Review of inputs used and outputs arising from the modelling process; *) Any other task or activity that would support the design of the draft DRS for Scotland The contractor will be expected to provide a minimum of one day's support each week for the duration of the contract, which may be increased or reduced depending on circumstances and support requirements.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
