Lot 1

SRUC invites tenders for the supply and implementation of Applicant Tracking Software(ATS)and related services. SRUC seek a dynamic online job requisition management system which is fast, accurate and efficient and includes: 1. Customisable role creation; 2. Centrally controlled with tiered access via open email addresses; 3. Hiring Manager accessible; 4. Streamlined functionality to drive efficiency; 5. Consistent data management/gathering e.g. controlled through drop downs menus and mandatory data fields e.g. salary scales/grades etc.; 6. Customisable report generation to enable tracking of key metrics e.g. successful and unsuccessful post requests, performance of agencies, performance of adverts. ***Full Specification details can be found in the Tender documents available on Public Contracts Scotland (PCS)***. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.

Options: For the purposes of this contract goods may be purchased as part of an ATS solution. Hardware may be purchased providing that software forms the majority of the total contract value.

Renewal: This contract has the possibility of two annual extensions by mutual agreement.
