## Notice

### Lot Information

Lot 1

The supplied system must comprise of all machine elements, inclusive of all necessary tanks, pumps, heat exchangers and control elements. Access to the work area and tooling will be required to allow measurement of key process variables during running of the machine. All oil for hydraulics, lubrication and coolants to enable the initial operation of the machine post-commissioning/handover must be included. Compliance with all relevant EU health and safety standards is mandatory and the equipment and any ancillaries must be CE approved. Please refer to Appendix M Guidance Notes for the ESPD in the General Attachments area on PCS-T for full details on the minimum technical and financial criteria for participating in this contract. Tenderers should note the criteria for Part 4C.1.2 Services in the ESPD, contained in the Qualification envelope of PCS-T,also detailed below. Bidders will be required to provide two examples that demonstrate that they have the relevant experience to deliver the services/supplies as described in Part II.2.4 of this OJEU Contract Notice.

Options: The University reserves the right to request additional deliveries by the Successful Tenderer either intended as partial replacement of supplies or installations or as the extension of existing supplies or installations. The University may at its sole discretion exercise this option.
