The period of the contract will be for an initial 2 year period with an option to extend for further 2 years up to 12 months at a time.. It should be noted that 300,000.00GBP of this spend is reserved money to make a facility available to PATS and other ERC Departments to carry out small works that are required to take place within a tight timescale.
