This exercise is seeking to appoint consultants who will carry out a feasibility study for a proposed Professorial Chair in Seafood Industries at the University of the Highlands and Islands. The feasibility study will demonstrate the potential contribution the proposed post to the seafood and education sectors in the region and beyond, and outline the market demand and sectoral requirements. The business case, which will follow on, will set out a cost model for the post including a financial plan and sustainability and risk assessment..
