## Summary

The Scottish Government is poised to appoint a single supplier for a national collaborative framework agreement for IT Peripherals, with an estimated value between £20,000,000 and £25,000,000 over a four-year term. This procurement process is currently at the award stage, following the closing of the tender period on 18 December 2017. The framework agreement spans four product groups including General IT Peripherals, Audio-Visual equipment, Desktop Printers & Scanners, and Networking, and serves various Scottish public sector bodies with delivery across the entire geography of Scotland.

This framework presents a significant opportunity for businesses specialising in IT products and services, particularly those with the capability to meet the requirements of public sector standards. Companies that excel in supplying IT peripherals, audio-visual equipment, and desktop printing solutions, as well as those focused on community engagement and sustainable practices, would be particularly well-suited for this tender. As the work will be conducted in collaboration with Computacenter (UK) Ltd, there may also be opportunities for sub-contracting and partnership developments in the Scottish market.
